    Soon after you place your order, we send you an order confirmation email to verify that your order has been received and your credit card payment has been pre-authorised. In this email, you can see the date you placed your order, your order ID and itemised costs.

    We then automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

    If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    CANCELLATIONS

    You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 5 business days from the date of purchase as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched from the warehouse. In this case, we will refund your money in full (less $20 administration fee if applicable)

    STOCK-OUTS

    There may be rare occasions where a product might run out of stock after you have purchased it online. This may happen when there is a large influx of orders during a short period of time, for clearance items, and products with limited stock.     DAMAGES

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@luminouspendantlighting.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All damages need to be reported back to Luminous Pendant Lighting within 5 business days.

    Our Warranties provide total peace of mind

    Luminous Pendant Lighting provides a comprehensive warranty program for all our lighting products. Different warranty periods apply to different types of products.

    We endeavour to provide you the best post-sales support

    If you have any questions about your warranty or require technical support, our after sales Customer Care team is there to support you. Depending on the type of product and the nature of your query, we will be able to provide you with direct support or will arrange for the relevant manufacturer to attend to your request.

    Manufacturer’s Warranty is valid only within Australia and commences from the purchase date on your invoice. Most manufacturers require that their products are installed by qualified electricians and we highly recommend that you keep the receipt from your electrician in case it is required for a warranty claim.

    If a product covered by warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will organise to repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

      2. Proof of Purchase. You must provide the tax invoice we emailed to you.
