SHIPPING RATES
FREE shipping when you spend over $100.
Standard Shipping - $19.95 for all orders under $100.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Soon after you place your order, we send you an order confirmation email to verify that your order has been received and your credit card payment has been pre-authorised. In this email, you can see the date you placed your order, your order ID and itemised costs.
We then automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 5 business days from the date of purchase as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched from the warehouse. In this case, we will refund your money in full (less $20 administration fee if applicable)

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If there is an error with your address, please contact support@luminouspendantlighting.com.au immediately and we will endeavour to amend it.
However, due to our fast processing times, this is not guaranteed.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however, we will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
STOCK-OUTS
There may be rare occasions where a product might run out of stock after you have purchased it online. This may happen when there is a large influx of orders during a short period of time, for clearance items, and products with limited stock. If this does happen Luminous Pendant Lighting will be more than happy to provide the customer with a refund or a store credit.

ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock, we endeavour to dispatch all orders received before within 2-3 business days. During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
As unfortunate as it is, we cannot guarantee shipping times as it depends on the destination and the carriers. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

Standard Shipping
Metro Areas: 4-6 business days
Regional Areas: 6-9 business days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not ship internationally.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking details. Luminous account holders can also access these details by going to MY ORDERS and choosing the SHIPMENTS tab in your online account.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has been dispatched.
If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48hours, please contact our Customer Care team.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@luminouspendantlighting.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All damages need to be reported back to Luminous Pendant Lighting within 5 business days.
